We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney licensed in Texas with at least three (3) years of litigation experience to handle a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters. The ideal candidate is a strong legal writer, skilled researcher, and self-directed attorney capable of managing an active docket with minimal supervision.Responsibilities Handle commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other litigation-related documents

Conduct legal research and provide clear, well-reasoned legal analysisManage cases and deadlines independently while maintaining high-quality work productParticipate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as neededCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courtQualificationsActive license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
